I thought of this a long time ago
I think we should be able to do it as parents to our childrens vehicles. To all city, county, state and/or municipal vehicles too.
There is no reason that people should be allowed to speed given the chance that are being provided a vehicle for work. Take the chance away from them and we save gas, lives, ozone and even maintenance costs.
Personally I would like to take the radio out of my daughters car for the first 6 months she is driving. But I would be extactic if automakers gave me this option.

You might want this in your daughter’s car, donviti.
And I think that your daughter’s cell phone (texting) and her ipod will be a bigger problem than the radio. ….

wow, very interesting for sure I. I could spy on my own kids and get them ready all ready to be spied on as adults when they grow up and complain about their government!
sweet!

Some folks really love Big Brother.
There is a rationale for surveillance when it comes to serious crimes and terrorism. But when the goal is revenue enhancement in the name of worshipping that great god of safety, just say NO.
Do we really want automated justice?

you can unplug the radio, or simply pull the fuse. dufus.

Arthur says: “But when the goal is revenue enhancement in the name of worshipping that great god of safety, just say NO.”
Try telling that to the trial lawyers.

Yeah, but the boys will keep trying to plug it in.
