Kilroy says…

Senator Still (R) an insurance broker is doing his best to railroad SB 31 that calls for the elimination of credit scoring to set auto and homeowner’s insurance premiums and denying insurance policies. Where are the ethics in Dover and why aren’t those sitting on the Ethic Committee questioning Senator Still’s position to vote down SB 1 Title 29, Chapter 10 subsection 102 “(1) The enactment or defeat of the measure or bill would result in a financial benefit or detriment to accrue to the legislator.” Senator still will financially benefit by the continuation of using credit scores to set insurance rates.

Nancy Willing and DWA agree: If it were not for conflicts of interest, Still would have no interest in being a legislator at all.
