I also had a brief conversation yesterday that indicates the Governor is starting to understand that Delaware wants wind. And this source says she is backing wind. I have know idea if this person knew this for a fact or was just saying what I wanted to hear. We'll see. We can't slack off now. One more week to push this. Onward! Get the damn things built - the people are PO'd about the Democrats selling out to NRG and Delmarva Power year after year. You don't want to be in front of that train.
