All goofing aside, I seriously hope they get rain soon and often. I have a friend that lives north of Atlanta and it is getting close to hopeless. I think desperate would be the step after that. They depend on water sources much like NCCo north of the canal does: above land resources (creeks, streams, springs, reseviors, etc.). Last I heard was they are in a definitive <100 days of supply (for Atlanta).
It really is a frightening thought. What can you do about the lack of rain, though? It’s weather for crying out loud!
