Arrgh…Matey!

What was that “Me hope” I sound like a pirate.

Me hope is that the NJ (and the newspaper industry in general) would re-adopt Mencken’s mission “to comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable.” Becuase I have to think that it would not only be good for siciety – but it would be good for the economic health of the industry.

As it stands now Newspaper’s have

It may have been this very expose on the Castle coverage, which proved once and for all, that no one could ever trust the media anymore.

If that blatant whitewash hadn’t happened, no doubt today we would be arguing about “clean vrs dirty coal” and picking Carney to waltz into the governorship based on Minner’s record.

Pipe dreams because Delaware’s bloggers won’t allow it, correct me if I’m wrong here.

So, because of the sequence of events that this cover up put into play, sort of like how the Stamp Act eventually led to our country’s formation, perhaps,if one takes a Gandalf perspective, (the wide view,) maybe it was a good thing that Celia and the News Journal putzed.

Now as a result, because of the cover up, Wind Power actually has a shot of becoming reality in Delaware!
