They rated the House of Rep. on 3 issues--Conflict in the Middle East, Spread of Nuclear Weapons, and Human Rights & Military Aid. 14 votes total. Castle scored 14%. He voted right on 2 issues--Against allowing permanent US miilitary bases in Iraq (that's strange) and Cutting funds for missile defense.
