I am trying to end my Dave Burris lovefest and you are drawing me out to defend him again. What Dave did to Atkins was the right thing to do. I would prefer that the bold leadership in this state were a Democratic official. But if there is to be hope for this state, we will need people that are doing the right thing, no matter their party affiliation. Dave was just able to do it within his party. Great, now we will have to grease Dave's temples just to get his head through the door. I'm really done with the lovefest now... Damn you, Observer!
