Holy crap! (I actually thought that was Rick Jensen, but Atkins was a co-sponsor so it stands to reason he’d be in the shot.)
“I’m sponsoring legislation to keep the worst drunk drivers off the street, starting with this man here behind me.”
Atkins’ “most proud accomplishments” (as told in his final speech on the floor of the house) were identical to which legislation Spence was touting here in this ad.
Spence must have handed him all of his notes before “class”.
