A delawareliberal reader points out that The News Journal posted this story online, very late Thursday evening, but then never the next day either in print or online.

I will take blame for sending Jason the link after asking someone else who had the hard copy if they had actually printed it. They said no. When I checked the delawareonline for the day, they had not carried it over from the previous night. Normally the local section online has every article printed that day.
Sorry again Jason. My bad.

Celia Cohen would never be this irresponsible. Tsk tsk, Jason.
